Nickname"That man in the woods"
OccupationSurvivor, Adventurer

This adventurer was well covered with a hood and bandana but still noticeably human. He resided in the former lighthouse at the end of the path in the northwest section of the island. He wielded a bow and sometimes came through Wakefield to trade furs for food and such.

Once the troupe revealed the ghast heart and dagger they had taken from his table, he was more willing to lay low arms and divulge information about the island. He appeared to prefer the devils over the necromancer, mostly because the devils stayed in the Estate and the necromancer's underlings wandered everywhere causing havoc. With that preference in mind, he hinted that he had some sort of dealings with the devils.

Lorenzo did not believe that there was a way off the island. If there were a way, he thought that other adventurers would have already found it. However, if there was a way, he would be the first to jump on that opportunity.

He arrived on the island many months ago with some other adventurers. They had their differences and split. Lorenzo assumed the rest of that party was dead.

10 months ago, he went to Father Caudicus' cellar, asked questions that weren't allowed, and then left. Lorenzo took the missing dagger from the root cellar because he believed he needed the protection more than the town, and that 3 daggers' worth of protection was enough for them. He did not understand how the magic worked, just that it did. He claimed that none of the villagers had died from his actions, and that villagers are fairly interchangeable.

Lorenzo captured Albert and imprisoned him in his lighthouse, likely to prevent him from creating more dead trees. When the troupe left the lighthouse in the afternoon of the 7th day, Lorenzo still kept Albert there.

The troupe left Lorenzo and the Lighthouse behind with an uneasy truce. He desired that the troupe tell Father Caudicus that he was dead so that he could continue to investigate more easily. He wanted the troupe to investigate the church, suggesting that they could create new daggers to protect the village with knowledge from the temple and arcane help from the devils.

When Wilben, Nono and Mercy went to the Gralhund Estate without Haze, they witnessed Lorenzo presenting an unharmed Albert to Camosh. He received a beautiful red bow in exchange for his prisoner.

During the grand siege on the Estate, Lorenzo appeared on the turret to help the devils. He killed the wolf Wulfrich and severely wounded Liona. Wilben, as a giant ape, bashed Lorenzo against the walls and knocked him out.

A month later, when the troupe was leaving the island on Genoff's boat, Lorenzo joined them. He acted as if he belonged and should be welcomed. Wilben promptly pushed him off the ship, leaving him to flounder.

Lorenzo liked to talk politics and conspiracies. He was incredibly distrusting of others, as evidenced by the booby-trapped staircase up the lighthouse. He seemed opportunistic and selfish. He thought little of the troupe, considering them too trusting and talkative. Due to the jabs between the troupe members, he and Albert can both infer that Haze has made a deal with the devils.

Lorenzo particularly disliked Caudicus and believed that he brainwashed the villagers. He asserted that the middle-aged followers at the Temple were part of the brainwashed missing generation, whisked away from village life by the Father.

Lorenzo claimed that there was nothing good to be found by snooping in locked away areas on the island. It sounded like he never went into the mage's locked house in Craig's Hollow. However, this was hypocritical, as he broke into the root cellar.

His Party

Lorenzo's party consisted of, at minimum, a dwarf, a human, and a goliath. The dwarf and human were found in a magically protected camp not far from the docks, having apparently killed themselves. It appeared as if they had run out of food. Curiously, the map that led to the camp was found in the piles of discarded equipment in the shack by the docks. The goliath was found many miles away near a boar nest, having been gored and left for dead. Her body was preserved using the same style of magic as that which protected the camp. She died gripping a note that read as follows:
